Approved Paving Installers
We are on the Marshalls Register of Approved installers – this means that our work has been independently assessed by Marshalls to ensure it meets their standards. We can also offer the Marshalls Hard Landscape Guarantee if required (please ask us for details). We don't just use Marshalls products, you can choose from all leading manufacturers including Plaspave, Bradstone, Brett and others - we can advise on the best type of paving for your needs.

We realise that the outlay of hard-earned savings on home improvements can sometimes be a daunting task when dealing with companies that you have not dealt with before – Interblock (Derby) Ltd promise that:

- We don't employ pressure sales tactics or ask for money up front to "pay for materials" - we have credit accounts with all major builders merchants for the supply of materials, so don't ask our customers for payment until they're satisfied with the work

- A full survey completed at your property to measure areas and discuss product selections
- Full written quotation issued with confirmation of our price and complete terms and conditions
- Works completed upon request including all excavation/ removal, sub-base/ paving installation and site clear
- Payment required upon full satisfactory completion of all works
Planning permission
Since October 2008, rules have been in place applying to householders wanting to pave over their front gardens, or in some cases, replace an existing driveway. The rules are designed to reduce surface water run-off onto the road and may require you to use a permeable or porous surface, which allows water to drain through it.
We advise you to check before having any paving work done. Our survey will help you to identify whether you need to apply for planning permission or could use a permeable surface instead.
